The platform
FPF provides football intelligence, analytics and reporting. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on the cadence selected at signup and may be cancelled at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data, attempt to circumvent access controls, or resell access without written permission.
Risk disclosure
Football performance activity carries risk. FPF does not guarantee wins, profit, or the return of capital. There are no “sure” outcomes and no risk-free participation.
Past or historical performance, where published, is a record of what has already happened. It is not a forecast and does not guarantee future results. Any projection or scenario shown on the platform is illustrative only.
Season participation may result in partial or total loss of the capital you commit. You should only participate with capital you are able to lose, and you should seek independent professional advice if you are unsure.
The platform is not available where its use would be unlawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered accounts before they take effect.
